- Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm. We cannot specify the exact time of delivery.
- Orders placed after 5:00pm on Saturday & Sunday are scheduled starting the following Tuesday or Monday if possible.
- We make sure to call our customers before every delivery to make sure someone is there to collect the order
- Some items will take longer to be delivered, but this will always be communicated to you before accepting your order.
- In the event of a holiday, deliveries may be delayed or postponed to the following day, but it will be communicated to you after your order is accepted.
Where do we deliver?
- We deliver to addresses within Dar Es Salaam only. If you are located within Tanzania, you can either pickup the goods from our pickup points or we can deliver to your preferred transporter to deliver it to you.
- delivery fee will be applicable depending on the location and the item ordered
- The delivery team will only deliver to the contact number submitted online.
- If you wish to change your shipping details, you may inform us prior to dispatch
- We can also delivery to stores; Select “Ship to Store” at the checkout and store will contact you via email once the order is delivered to you.
- We don’t deliver to certain remote locations. If we are unable to ship your order to a remote location, you will be notified.
Cost of Delivery
- Delivery is free within Citycenter, Upanga and Kariakoo, outside these areas delivery may take longer and may result in a separate delivery charge based on weight/volume and delivery distance.

Can I ask for specific delivery time?
- Yes, we will try our best to deliver in your requested time frame.
Why was my order cancelled?
- We may cancel your order or an item in your order due to stock availability. We do our very best to ensure that all items showed in stock in the website are available however on rare occasions, when products sell quickly, updating inventory can be a challenge. In these situations, your item may not be available to ship and may get cancelled. We apologize for this inconvenience.
