RETURN POLICY
At Sokobora, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition will not be accepted.
Receipt: A proof of purchase or order number must be provided for all returns.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
Email our customer service team at sales@sokobora.co.tz with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with return instructions.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
3. Refunds
Processing Time: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the product was defective or an error occurred on our part.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, please check with your bank or credit card provider. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at sales@sokobora.co.tz.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at sales@sokobora.co.tz for assistance.
5. Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items, except in cases of defective or incorrect products. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
